Reputation management

Your Google reputation, handled every day.

Your star rating, how many reviews you have, how recent they are and how you reply all add up to your reputation. Ranknua looks after all four without adding work to your day.

The four things people judge you on.

Rating

Your average star rating is the first thing people compare. One bad review hits hardest when you only have a few, so a steady flow of honest ones keeps the average a fair picture.

Volume

The number next to your stars tells people whether the rating can be trusted. Google also lists review count among the signals of prominence that it uses in local rankings.

Recency

People look at the date of your latest reviews. Reviews from last week show you're active, while a gap of a year makes people wonder.

Replies

How you reply shows future customers how you'd treat them. A calm reply to a bad review often does more for you than the review does against you.

From finished appointment to posted reply.

  1. Step 1

    After the visit

A personal WhatsApp photo with the customer's name arrives once the appointment is over. Cancelled appointments are never asked.

  2. Step 2

    How did we do?

A one-tap star survey. Every rating can carry on to Google.

  3. Step 3

    Private word

Anyone who wants to tell you something privately can, and you're alerted to low ratings straight away.

  4. Step 4

    Google review

The review form opens in the customer's own browser, where they're already signed in to Google.

  5. Step 5

    Reply

We draft a reply in your voice. You approve it with one tap, or let replies post automatically.

  6. Step 6

    Track

Team results, recurring themes, reply speed and instant alerts in one dashboard, plus one clear report each month.

When a bad review lands.

Within the hour
Reply calmly and briefly, thank them and invite them to contact you directly. Don't argue in public.
Same day
Contact them privately if you have their details. Most people only want to be heard.
If it's resolved
They may choose to update their review. Never ask them to, and never offer anything for it.
If it breaks the rules
Report fake, abusive or off-topic reviews to Google from your Business Profile.
  1. 01.Why WhatsApp, not email.

Most reputation tools send an email or a plain text that's easy to ignore. We send a WhatsApp message with a photo of your team holding a sign with the customer's own name, from your business's own number.

It feels like a personal thank-you rather than a marketing blast. SMS and email are used as backups.

  2. 02.Built around your real day.

Requests go out after the appointment ends, not when it's booked. They're held overnight and skipped for cancellations. Staff can stop one with a tap if someone didn't turn up. For walk-ins, a counter QR card does the job.

  3. 03.Know who's earning the stars.

When a booking names the staff member, their ratings are tracked privately. Rankings only appear once someone has at least five ratings, so one odd day can't skew them. A Google review is only linked to a staff member when it names exactly one person.

  4. 04.Start with the customers you already have.

Upload your past customers and we send to them gradually over several days, so nothing gets flagged as spam. This first wave sits outside your monthly allowance, so your new-customer requests keep flowing.

  5. 05.What we won't do.

We don't remove reviews, buy reviews, hide negative ones or promise a rating. Only Google can remove reviews. Read how we stay inside the rules on our compliance page.
